Hedgewars - First Time Guide

Basically this is a free version of Worms that's quite fun to play together. It's got some really retarded and counter-intuitive controls, options and stuff, so I'm gonna just post a 'first-time' guide to setting it up for those who don't have it.

1st Step:

Go to http://www.hedgewars.org/download.html, and download the game. Once you've downloaded it, run the .exe as normal, install it as you want etc. etc.

2nd Step:

Load up the game, you'll be faced with this screen:



Click the wrench in the bottom right corner.

3rd Step:

You'll now be faced with this screen:



The first thing you have to do, is uncheck the 'Enable frontend music', and 'Enable music' boxes (there are two, you have to disable both). Once you've done that, click the '+' icon to the right of 'Default Team' in the top-right corner of the screen.

4th Step:

You'll now be faced with this screen:



Name your team, name each member, change their hats etc. This is all fairly obvious and intuitive. Now, click the word 'Advanced' in the top.

5th Step:

You'll be faced with this screen:



These are your key-binds. You can set these to whatever you want, but these are the 'recommended' key-binds:



6th Step:

You've now fully customised your team, be certain to press the floppy-disk in the bottom-right to save the settings and you're ready to play with the rest of the hive. Move your hedgehog and aim with WASD, do a long jump with Q, high jump with E, and fire your weapon with Space. There are other keys to bind, but they're not that important and you can customise them later.
